    I know you have heard about the stout-burning abilities of water – but there are also other reasons why everyone should start consuming 8 or more 8 to 10 oz glasses of water per day.

    The principal reason is this amount of water is the start of any excellent weight loss program. Water is probably the weight loss rule that is most over-looked and not everyone realizes what it can really do for you – no matter what diet program you are on.

    It is safe, low cost and is abudantly void in developed countries.Having no side-things it’s tastes is also excellent.It also saves cash on additional supplements that aren’t really so efficient.

    There are some public who don’t like the taste or feel that water has no taste – so they don’t intake enough of it.But there are other reasons that someone doubtlessly comes up with a new reason every day.

    But I am one skeptic who has seen the advantages.6 months ago I was about 40 lbs overweight and could not easily walk because of back spasms and knee pain.  I was also small of breath and just a walk from my apartment to my car was something that I nearly could not do.I stay in a second report apartment and have a flight of stairs that truly is not very long – but I could not easily make it up the stairs and was nearly out of breath before I could open my front door.So I was nearly homebound.

    I was drifting towards high blood pressure and my blood tests showed emergence of diabetes.And, I was only 58 which really isn’t very ancient following today’s standards.I had by now been warned many times by my doctor to losse my weight but my back hurt, I was too tired, and I couldn’t breathe. Acid reflux disease was another problem associated with me.

    Now I have lost 30 lbs and able to run up and down the stairs.   Walking to my car is no problem and my blood pressure is excellent.Acid reflux is not bothering me. My back only hurts intermittently and when it does concern me, it is not the serious back pain that kept me from walking.I am more active than I had been in the past though I am not running any races or walking any fantastic distances a day.

    It really was simple to do. I still eat chocolate chip mint ice cream without changing my diet except cutting down my parts.All candy or snacks from my refrigerator is cut and low stout or no stout items are kept.  I have also cut my drinking of diet drinks with caffeine -  in half – so these changes are not that much of a huge deal.

    Instead I have extra water to my daily routine – as much water as I can drink – and I can’t seem to get more of it.  So my scheme is that I have probably been dehydrated for years and years and it place my whole body out of whack.  Water – just plain water from my water faucet – not ice cold with a lot of  ice cubes – just water, plain, and unflavored water.

    So I am living proof – water is excellent for weight loss as well as a lot of other excellent health changes and benefits.
