    I lost around 20 pounds from the stress and heartache i went through with my wife leaving me and cheating on me. so lately i have chose to place the weight back on the healthy way. i have been lifting weights and eating a lot. in addition to a lot of sleep. so i was around 165 or so, and dropped to 145. over the past 2 and a half weeks when i started this program, i place on 11-12 pounds. im up to 156-157. but this week has been a struggle. no matter how much im eating, resting and lifting it seems im hovering around the same weight. my goal is 175. i want to know if there is anything i can do to start gaining again. i know its only been a small while but i have a feeling i have to step it up. normal daily intake is 4 eggs breakfast, then protein shake (1000 calories, 50 gms. protein) lunch (2 sandwiches), another protein shake, then dinner. should i add more to the lunch? another meal? another protein shake? intake daily runs around 3200 calories. please help…

    Stay away from fatty cuts of meat. Don’t go to the pile and buy the most fatty cuts of pork you can get. if you have to take it home and trim the stout off. There are dozens of ways to cook lean meat to make it juicy. That is why most public like the stout in the meat, it adds juice. Also with spices, you can fix the problem of not having the flavor that stout adds.

    Too much dairy is not healthy. No need to get full of ice cream that is full of stout. Instead if you must consume it, go for the low stout versions. Try to get flavors with a lot of fruit in them or add your own fruit. You won't notice the missing stout if you add some flavor to it. Avoid frying stuff.
