A large number of men are experiencing this everyday and it doesn’t seem to be slowing down. Although there are solutions that are expensive like surgery, you can take other steps to reduce your man boobs with out all of that pricey surgery.

Lets explain where it comes from first and rid ourselves of the word “man boobs”. The medical term for this condition is gynecomastia. It is the cause of many things but the easiest answer is that there is a high level of estrogen in your body. This can make the fat around your chest or (adipose) do what is called (hypertrophy) or increase the size of the fat cells.

Some of the ways that you can rid yourself of gynecomastia is to first look at your diet. Are you eating what you should be eating? Are you eating a lot of foods with high fat content? If you are not doing this then you might not even notice it but you may be eating foods with high levels of estrogen. Foods like this included – beans, legumes and beer. There are others but in a western diet these seem to be the foods that are most likely consumed.

Some other things you can do besides diet is to get on a workout program. I hate exercise just as much as the next guy. But if you do a workout that focuses on your chest and some cardio there is a chance that you can reduce your gynecomastia faster than someone that doesn’t even take this into account. Not only that you will feel better and look better so it will be worth it.

There are a number of programs online that you can sample to see if they help in your goal to rid yourself of gynecomastia. If you would like to hear more about them then please head over to lose your man boobs . Good luck in journey and know that you are not alone.

    Strip that fat away

Essential fat is 2–5% in men, and 10–13% in women. Storage fat consists of fat accumulation in adipose tissue, part of which protects internal organs in the chest and abdomen. Body fat percentage
is judged to be the gauge of our fitness level. The BMI (Body Mass Index) is a medical term it has become such a narrow scope that it ignores the many body types or has no consideration for muscle mass. As you take a stroll down any main street or mall you will see many shapes and sizes so no broad index is going to gauge everyone with the same ruler.

They do however have an accurate way to measure overall body fat and they have guidelines that we can fall into whether we are 6ft or 5ft and man or women. Our level of body fat is what we see when looking at ourselves in the mirror or how our clothes fit. Now this again goes by body type since clothing manufactures have become very good at matching clothing to the our many shapes. This is where it gets interesting as consumers have many great styles to select from however perhaps the extra weight that we carry in our upper torso can cause us to look at various ways to lose body fat. We try new foods to lose body fat or an infomercial catches our attention with the latest gadget that guarantees you to lose 10 pounds in 10 days or something along that line. By reducing our body fat composition we can aqure that slim and healthy look we all desire.

They say that acceptable body fat is 25 – 31% for women and 18 – 25% for men and obese is considered 42% + for women while 38% + for men. This is an indicator because we know that many people are much higher as was seen on the biggest loser when one of the contestants lost one half of his overall weight so they mentioned that his body fat was at 50%. Now thats alot for anyone  considering the difference in muscle mass let alone the gender. Now what is not mentioned so much in all these measurements is our level of fitness that has declined over the years. We have become a society that loves convenience and ordering take out food or having it delivered is the choice of the day.

Those once slim arms and shoulders have slowly sagged to become more loose skin than muscle so we look for ways to lose arm fat and possibly find ways to tone things up. The reason we look for specific areas of fat loss is because it seems we want to take the easy way out by getting the most out of a zone diet or exercise program with the minimal amount of effort. Now why is that so common but true, hence the search for best way to lose arm fat and other items of that nature. By finding ways to strip that fat away we come close to the body shape that is more appealing and give individuals the right to feel good. For those that want to combine an exercise program with a good nutrition diet will see great and lasting results. Many feel that combining both physical and diet process together give one a sense of accomplishments that can carry on for a long term. Looking good and feeling great can be the best part.

After TURP Surgery – Then What Happens?
    by Lou Kertesz

After 14 months of living with the symptoms of an enlarged prostate, exploring my options and doing “extensive research” about enlarged prostates …  (the medical term is Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia or BPH) … I though that I was pretty well educated on the subject.

I have some information about TURP surgery’s post operative side effects I’d like to tell you about that my Doctor forgot to tell me before my TURP Surgery and that I did not find anywhere in my Internet research on the subject … and I did deep research.

I Want You To Know What I Learned The Hard Way …  I want you to know what’s happening to your body when you have an enlarged prostate in plain English … and  also let you know what I experienced that caught me totally by surprise … so if you decide to have surgery as I did, you’ll know what’s likely going to happen … and by the way,  I {do not regret`am not sorry I made} that choice at all.

There’s a ton of data available on the internet about enlarged prostates, swollen prostates, symptoms of enlarged prostates, etc. So when I spent approximately a year researching enlarged prostates before my prostate surgery, I thought I knew what to expect …. WRONG !!!

Save Yourself From Needless Embarrassment and Anguish … Don’t repeat my experience! If you starting to have the symptoms of an enlarged prostate, or you already know for sure that you have a swollen prostate gland and are seriously exploring your choices …. the short time you spend on the website I created can save you a great deal anguish and embarrassment.

Discover The 5 Post -Surgery Side Effects … You can search all over the internet and not find any information about the 5 post surgery ’side-effects’ that I experienced after my prostate surgery …  and as I said, I researched this topic using the internet for over a year before my surgery.

A Bunch Of Cold, Clinical Descriptions and … All of the data I found on the web was the same … cold, clinical descriptions:

    • of what an enlarged prostate gland looks like
    • about what may cause an enlarged prostate
    • about the primary medical procedures for a treating a swollen prostate.

A Thousand Websites Selling Vitamins & Herbs … And of course I also found a thousand web sites selling vitamins & herbs …. all claiming that their product was the greatest.   I’ll describe my experience with herbal remedies and prescription drugs.  We’ll cover non-surgical treatments here as well.

This is a VERY Common Experience … For well over 50% of the men over 50 years old, having an enlarged prostate symptoms is about as common as the sky having *clouds*. I think that my experience was typical based on my discussions with men who have had prostate surgery after I had my surgery.

For the most current information about what happends AFTER TURP, this is the only resource you will ever need.
