If you’ve been struggling with your weight for some time, you might believe right now that you simply can’t lose weight.
I can tell you now that’s not physically possible. Everybody can lose weight. You just haven’t found the right system for you just yet.
I used to think I couldn’t lose weight but with mother nature using some shock tactics on me, I realised it was all in my head.
I was carrying around 15 pounds too much for most of my adult life when I got type two diabetes at twenty seven. Talk about a shock.
I don’t know the how’s and why’s of it all but I do know it prompted me to do something with my weight.
I like systems, things that can be put into lists of little tasks. So I figured I should get a weight loss system that works like this.
A system breaks something bigger down into little steps that can easily be followed. Eventually you get the same result every time. The result you want here is a that killer body you’ve been trying for.
The world we live in is built on systems. Most of our jobs use systems of some sort. It makes it easier for us to get the task done. So why not mould our weight loss regime into a system?
I’ll admit now that I spent thousands on crap dieting products only to end up back where I started a few months later. I hope by showing you my path to success I can save you wasting the same money.
I unearthed a gem of a system, works great for me. I can easily plan what I need to do and then tick the tasks of as I do them every day.
I plan meals with a computer generated meal planner. Meals that don’t leave me feeling empty and are perfectly healthy. Stress free meal planning.
When I planned my meals I used to stress over what I should and shouldn’t be eating. Now, I generate a full menu with the computer and print it out. Couldn’t be simpler.
Still thinking you can’t lose weight? You will lose that stubborn flab with a system that holds your hand all the way. It’s guaranteed to do so.
I am a former high school and college runner that has spent the last six years neglecting my body because of working 2-3 jobs at a time plus going to graduate school plus helping my wife raise our three year old son. I have recently started to run again because I want to be able to compete again by next spring. While I know I'm out of shape and can't keep my same pace, I've had two physical problems that make running almost unbearable. The first one is my thighs rub together and really start to hurt and burn. The second one is that in the spot of the stress fracture I got in college, after a few minutes I start to feel pain. I am almost afraid to keep going but its a bearable enough pain. Any suggestions on how I can solve these issues? I would love to get back to focusing on how good running felt. Thanks.
i am 39 yrs old and i weigh 203 kg i have been fired from jobs and my wife dumped me coz im fat what should i do
Here are the basics.. We had a great friendship and relationship for two years. But on that 2nd year he changed. He became unmotivated and was working no more than 15 hours a week. He also became lazy and fat. I freaked out cuz I actually had 2 jobs and was working toward moving into an apartment. I felt like I was husting to make it and he wasn’t. I felt unappreciated and got scared of “settling” for what he was giving. He was a good boyfriend, patient and kind, but he had no direction so I decided to break up with him. I tried for year to push him but No one can change you but yourself, and I wasn’t going to sit around and wait for him to wake up.
We’ve been seperated for 4 months. We maintained a friendship up until 2 weeks ago. He started going to the gym and he started school again. It seems he’s growing more confidence and is motivated has lost weight and is looking really good.. This is what I wanted when we were together. But it seems that now he’s decided that I dumped him so I messed up. He has not called me in 2 weeks. I miss him and I want him. But I don’t know what to do. I did what I thought was right and it’s biting me in the ass. Do you think he might want to give it another shot with me? or should I give him time or should i forget about him and move on?
More men are turning towards various forms of cosmetic surgery to further their own careers a report has indicated this year. The most common forms of plastic surgery are either breast augmentation of a less well known procedure called a rhinoplasty. Both of these procedures are more common within women however men are now starting to get more and more cosmetic surgery in the form of facial reconstructive surgery for example, cheek bone definition and nose surgery.
Various plastic and cosmetic surgery centres across the UK have seen a staggering 75% increase in the last six months of men requesting surgery and believe it is a direct result of the current credit crunch and people facing tough competition for the same job. Apparently, a lot of older men now believe that they are competing against their younger counterparts for high end jobs in major cities. By getting cosmetic surgery older men believe that they still have a chance of securing sought after jobs. Quite bluntly, I have never heard of anything so silly but none the less people are going out there and doing this.
Botox and fillers are also very common in men getting plastic surgery as this is the easiest way to restore youthful features in the face and make you look more ‘plump’ and younger. Additionally, it is not a surgical procedure and can be done very quickly hence why it is so popular.
Over the last five years there has apparently been a 140% increase in the last five years which is a staggering figure to comprehend. Although the credit crunch is giving us all the pinch there will always be a market for people wishing to improve how they look. Yet, if I was the employer I wouldn’t really discriminate against someone’s age over a job so it kind of makes this all a little silly and overrated.
