    The best way to increase your daily fiber intake is to consume a can of black beans everyday.  I know woman fill up faster then men so you do not have to eat all the beans in one setting.  Spreading them out over the whole day is better anyway.  There are 25 grams of fiber in one can of black beans.  With the increased fiber in your diet you will need to drink more water.

    2.  Eat 3 Apples or 3 Bananas a Day.

    This is continuation of adding additional fiber to your diet.  Remember we are looking for 40 grams of fiber a day.  Apples and bananas have about 5 grams of fiber each.  So the addition of the 3 pieces of fruit brings us up to the 40 grams of fiber a day.

    This increase in fiber will clean your intestial tract.
