Why do some people suffer from panic attacks? Are you a person that has suffered with panic attacks? What can be done to stop people from having a panic attack in the first place? Can a panic attack kill you? Any person who has had a panic attack will tell you that it can be an extremely frightening experience to have such an attack, some would even state that they thought they were going to die. In this article I will be writing about the reasons some people suffer from panic attacks.
I would like to make one thing clear before I continue; I am not involved within this business sector and I am not attempting to sell you anything here. I am actually a speech coach who helps people with stuttering issues to achieve fluency. I also have a minor role within a company offering cheap calls and also with a set of cost reduction consultants.
Any one person can cope with a certain amount of problems, pressures and worries, each person is different therefore there is no one particular set amount. These worries come and go as we tend to deal with each one in turn. You could try and imagine all of these issues on a conveyor belt; they join the belt and then disappear after a few times around the conveyor.
For people who find it harder to deal with their problems their issues will remain on the conveyor belt for longer. During times of great stress, perhaps a marriage break up, a death in the family, financial stress or health problems, the conveyor belt can become too full. These are things which are quite damaging to the brain and some where along the way something has to give. At times this can lead to the onset of a panic attack.
It is one thing being advised to start approaching life in a more positive manner but it is quite difficult to put it into practice. At times we all let things get on top of us and at times life can be quite stressful.
There is no disgrace in having a panic attack; in fact I am sure that you will be amazed at just how many people suffer from them. Do not feel ashamed, instead seek help from a counsellor as soon as possible, they should be able to find a solution to these annoying and scary panic attacks.
thank you to those responses, well those that weren't jerks, for the ones that don't know the details let me fill you in,i rescued a choc lab a while back and she was just coming into heat when we had her spayed,it just fell like that we hadn't noticed till we loaded her up to go,anyway the vet did the surgery or was suposed to,the vet i use was out and there was a fill in vet there,we were told to not let her around male dogs for 2 weeks,we had a sudden death in the family and had to get our neighbors to look after her,we found out later they ended up putting her in the fenced yard with their male choc lab, well i haven't had to take any of my pets to the vet in a while and i noticed my lab was looking to fat and then noticed her nipples looking weird and called to take her to the vet, couldn't get a hold of the one i normaly use,so i took her to another vet and yes she's pregnant,i was PISSED,i have since drove to the old vet's to deal with them and their no longer their, figures, she has the scar so what the hell did the vet do,i don't get it when my boston/french bulldog i rescued got parvo the vet was so good,he made it through, anyway,i have found out she isn't the only animal they messed up,or i'm not the only client the messed over,so now the problem is she's to far along to abort them,i won't kill them or put them down once their born,it's not her,my,or their fault,it's that dam vet,the new vet said it's to late to abort so she's having them, the problem is we don't know how the boston/frenchie got parvo less than 2 years ago and it's in the ground now,my house is safe so thats no worry, from what i can find and also the new vet says parvo lives in the ground for 7 years,i don't want to take chances on the pups and want to give them a chance at life,so what can i do till their old enough to have 2 round of shots, the mom is up to date on shots and is healthy, she is to hyper to come in the house unless i put her in a room by herself or the utility room, but by doing so i'll be putting my boston/frenchie in danger if she's a overly protective mother,i can't make the so called old vet do anything cause their not there and have 12 clients including me suing their asses,so please no jerks and can someone please help or point me in the right direction,is there something to kill the parvo in the ground or will it come through the floor if we build her a pen with a wood floor,i watch my bo/french suffer so much i don't want to let them go through it,thank you in advance
