So everyday go to the gym workout on eliptical for 20 minutes then the bike for 40, do some weights and stretches?

If you aren’t already, you’ll be a hottie in no time. Interval training is great, burns tons of calories. On the bike, do a 10 minute warmup at about 60-70% effort. Then to 30 seconds ALL OUT, 1 minute at 75%. Repeat that for 5-6 intervals. Then 8 minutes at 80-85%, and a 5 minute cool down. If you do that right, you wont need 40 minutes on the bike, you’ll be good and tired.
