There are two different types of people on this planet that have man boobs. Some are those guys who just lead a really unhealthy lifestyle and tend to shun working out like they would the plague. It might be something that they just don’t want to do. And as time goes along and their metabolism slows they will tend to develop man boobs. That is if they are not eating healthy and gaining a weight from doing so.
These men just need to get serious about working out and taking an active approach to getting in better shape. I know that round is a shape, but it isn’t the one that a lot of people would like to be in. Doing the proper chest exercises and doing a lot of cardio will help to get down fat on the body, and as a result their chest fat will diminish as well.
There is a totally different group of men that have hormonal issues and losing their man breasts will not be as easy to do. These unlucky men are predestined to have man boobs. This is caused by an increased level of estrogen in their bodies and hypertrophy (which is fat cells that inlarge) and this happens around the chest area.
Some solutions for these men would be to start with a workout plan and strict diet to see if this will work first. If this isn’t the case and there needs to be more work done, they can try alternatives such as medication or at last ditch effort surgery. I am not a fan of both of these meathods because taking certain medications might have got them in this prediciment in the first place. Some people that took certain drugs as a child have a higher chance of developing man breasts. Some of those medications are the following: Cimetidine, Omeprazole, Spironolactone, Imatinib Mesylate and Finasteride. These are certain chemicals found in drugs that were used in any drugs that alter your dophamine levels. If you have ever taken drugs of this nature, this might be your culprit.
