  • I’m so happy for my body frame or I would look so fat. But my stomach is flat and my arms are skinny and my legs are fine and my whole upper body is perfectly normal. But then.. my thighs and my butt are meaty and have a lot of fat on them I feel like. Without the fat down there, I could look a lot better. What are some exercise moves to lose weight down there??

      sorry you need to eat healthy and do plenty of cardio to lose fat, PERIOD. There’s no side stepping that.
      All you will do working out will be putting on muscle over the fat and you don’t want that.
      You may lose some inches but nothing significant and the last place on a woman to go is the lower region.
