I’m going to go on the special K diet. I’m going to replace breakfast and lunch with a bowl of special K, and for dinner I’ll have a small bowl of fruits or veggies, something healthy. NO SNACKS!
I’m also going to be walking for 1 hour (no incline, flat surface, a track) everyday. I’ll run/jog here and there but i’ll mainly be walking. I’ll also be doing a few situps/crunches. Will doing this help me lose weight? lose those extra pounds? I’m about 5′9 and I weigh 200lbs. How much approximately will I lose in 3 months? Please help.

Nope, wont work. You will end up so hungry you will eat yourself out of house and home. Eat six small meals a day (every three hours) consisting of no more than 200 cal per “meal”. Fresh veggies, fruits, lean protein. Keep away from canned foods, packaged foods, etc… they have too much sodium.
