I'm trying to lose about 8-15lbs. in the next two weeks.
It's not a very healthy idea to begin with but I want to do it
in the most healthy way I possibly can.
If I eat 3-4 FiberOne bars through out the day along with fruit and whole grains for breakfast, salad and nuts for lunch, chicken or fish with a small salad for dinner (plus drinking only water and a vitamin C juice drink thing in the afternoons) will it help me to lose weight at all? and how fast?
here's the nutrition contents of the bars:
Calories: 140
Calories from fat; 35
saturated fat: 1.5g
trans fat-0
cholesteral-0mg
Total Carbohydrate 29g
Dietary Fiber 9g
Sugars 10g
Protein 2g
Calcium 10%
Iron 2%
AND if that won't work, what will along with eating the foods above and an hour of cardio plus situps every day?
thanks.
The meals sound good, just make sure all your foods are low in fat and don't have a ridiculous amount of calories.
But the FiberOne bars? Way to much fiber. I wouldn't eat more than one. I would eat Nutri-Grain or Special K bar in the morning and the FiberOne bar later in the afternoon.
