Well, I've got a natural hourglass figure, I've got like handles (HAHA!) and I want to tone up my stomach abit. I'm 15 so I can't get a gym membership, I don't want to be lectured on healthy food, I have a older brother to do that for me haha! So I'd know what food to eat from him, but I just want to work my stomach and perhaps my thighs, any advice?
running is excellent on all your leg muscles and best for loosing weight in my opinion. You don't choose to loose stout from point points you loose it all around by exercising and eating excellent. If you do ab excersise and tone ur stomach it will look less stout because the muscle holds it up better. Do leg raises were you lie down on ur back place ur hands under ur bum and raise ur legs without bending at the knee (this also does thighs). Also normal crunches and sit ups r excellent.
