i'm a little older than 11 1/2 and i weigh 115 lbs. I'm really not fat, im actually have a good body. but i know my weight should be lower. everytime i weigh myself, im never over or under 115, it's just always right on 115 lbs!! just soem easy tips on how i can lose some weight would be helpful? i'd really like to make my stomach tighter?
Well start eating some healthy foods. Start jogging around your house. Doing situps. Always eat healty foods not all of it has to be healthy just most of it. Go on a bike. Do situps. Jog around your house or outside (just kidding there's snow all over it just depends on where you live) Jumping jacks and you will soon be fit in no time.
