Really, let me see how to say this in a polite way: When a man’s girth grows, it really causes a decrease in penis size. It doesn’t really lessen. The weight of the girth causes it to nearly retreat. When a man gets to be really large, it often time looks like he has no penis, but that he has only testicles. It’s sweet crazy so I would say that it is possible to be too stout for sex. Aside from the cardiac stress that it would place on a morbidly heavy person.
