Im 14 years old i whey 165 heavy set male
bench:130 curl:65 bar and im pretty athletic but im not losing Weight or gaining which is good bu i wont to lose weight and i cant and i need a upper body workout routine that will get me cut and skinny pleas help me?

Usually losing weight is simple numbers. You need to know your basic metabolic rate (BMR). Once you know your BMR then you can design a diet lower in calories than your BMR.
But…. it is not always that simple. You could also have metabolic anomalies or even hormone irregularities that can make losing weight virtually impossible.
Start with the simple stuff. Calculate your BMR right here http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ then alter your diet if necessary.
Now, if you don't see results after that you may look into the hormonal or metabolic areas. Also make sure you are being realistic, and that you do have weight to use. Don't forget… celebrities use tons of drugs and have personal trainers! We should all be so lucky
I have been doing the crossfit workouts and they have shredded my body big time (removed my body fat). They are pretty tough, but the results are quick!
